My brain is a place where structure and creativity thrive. In leading a creative team, I work best balancing imagination and strategy, clarity and depth, to deliver an end result that inspires others. 

As the oldest daughter, I'm naturally drawn to structure and organization, but sometimes a little chaos in the process never hurts. There's nothing more inspiring than being in a room where you can feed off of your peers energy to deliver something you're proud of. When all is said and done, I believe the best work is a result of the environment you create for a team.
